I struggled with heart burn long enough. I was fearful of being on routine medicine for the rest of my life for the problem. First, I stopped eating all my favorite foods that gave me heartburn. One day a thought came to me, “why don’t you make your stomach happy by eating something sweet before eating main sour meals?” I decided to eat my sweet dessert before the meal. The first day I ate fruits first, followed by food, and I did not experience heart burn. My problem has stopped, and now I eat all the foods that I had stopped eating without worry.
