YOUNG ENOUGH TO BOTH TAKE AND GIVE

As a young person, you may believe that you will only be on the receiving end because you do not have much to offer. However, if you take a closer look at yourself, you may discover that you have something to offer. The kind of thing that aids a person in need.

The Bible tells the story of a young man named Joseph who was sold into slavery in Egypt when he was seventeen years old. Joseph’s sincerity, integrity, and character led him to bless his lord, which allowed him to carry out his responsibilities in a manner that was obedient to him. Since Joseph had made his relationship with the Lord a priority, the master was able to witness Joseph’s success in all facets of his life. Joseph bestowed blessings not only upon his own family but also upon the Egyptian people and his family. You are not just here to take, but also to contribute to the diaspora community in some way. Continuing in one’s devotion to the Lord is one of the most important factors in reaching one’s goals.
